Since the moment it was announced, Dragon Ball FighterZ has been on the tips of many players tongues. Developed by Arc Systems, the game wasn’t just flashy, it was deep, and it truly felt like the anime had come to life in the video game. Because of that, the game became one of the must-have titles in 2018, so, when it launched last month, it was an instant hit. But, just because it sold well, doesn’t mean its done development wise, as the game still needs some fixing. To their credit, Bandai Namco has been good about rolling out the updates, and they’re going to be bringing another update to the title before the months is through. So, on the official Dragon Ball FighterZ website, they laid the groundwork for the update: “Thank you to everyone who has been enjoying Dragon Ball FighterZ. The Dragon Ball Universe is in pretty good shape right now. The anime is going strong (although it’s about to “end” after the currently storyline for a while at least), there’s a rumored movie coming out (animated, not live action), and in the video game market, it’s got two very solid titles going on right now. One released a month ago in Dragon Ball FighterZ, but, the other main title going on is Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, which is about to get a whole lot bigger. The upcoming DLC pack is going to bring even more to the table, with 8 new characters and a brand new storyline called “infinite history”. Capcom Japan Dragon's Dogma Online is one of my favorite games that I've tested this year! I've never played the original Dragon's Dogma so the combat mechanics and monster climbing was all new to me. I was a bit blown away and instantly became so addicted that I ended up leveling two of the four playable classes during the Closed Beta and played through all of the CBT1 content. The World - MMORPG or MORPG? One of the most commonly asked questions from my viewers and readers about Dragon's Dogma Online is what kind of world does it have to offer? The most simple answer I can give you is that the game falls in between Action MMORPG and Action MORPG genre. There is one main city, here players can for search for party members, pick up quests, craft gear, change job, hire pawns, etc. Once a party is formed, players can travel outside of town by running to the exit and zoning out or fast travel using the teleport system, as long one person in the party has that waypoint discovered. The … [Read more...] about STEPARU News, Reviews, Previews & Information for Foreign Games Dragon’s Dogma Online Review of Closed Beta
So we’ve had the pleasure of playing through Dragon Ball Online Global in the past, during its closed beta stages. They recently announced, however, their plans to go into Open Beta, with a plethora of bug fixes, translation fixes, and overall improvements to the game. So, naturally, we wanted to jump right in and see what the game had to offer – being fans of the Dragon Ball franchise itself. Both the Human and Namekian’s, in my opinion, have inferior starter zones as neither have been enjoyable for Wiggy and I to progress through. The Majin however was very, very impressive and although there are still a lot of translation issues we came across – having the game still significantly in Chinese, the game was much more enjoyable through this route. All in all, we didn’t have a bad experience at all. We’ll actually continue looking through it as the year goes on to keep an eye on progress. … [Read more...] about The Dragon Ball Online Global Open Beta Is.. Not Bad, Actually!
