Enter the Waffles Last night we had an odd recording of AggroChat as has happened before in the past, we had two of the original cast otherwise busy this week. I butchered the hell out of the explaination, but thankfully I was corrected. That said I feel like maybe that is a disservice to toasters everywhere, as they seem to be far more functional. As you’ve listened to our podcast in the past, when Kodra goes robot on us, it has nothing to do with his internet connection but is instead his machine freaking out. Here is hoping operation replace Kodras machine has been a success. In the meantime that left us down two people for the podcast and thankfully we had replacements all too happy to step in. This is the first show to include Warenwolf, another one of our … [Read more...] about Divinity II: Directors Cut

Guild Wars 2 vs. Rift vs. Trove: Part 3 (Character Creation)
Yes, unfortunately, Rift is one of those games where your character belongs to one server (called “shard” in Rift). However, good news is that you can play on a friend’s server with just one click and you can even transfer servers for free (yes, seriously!) with only a cooldown period that you’ve got to wait before you can transfer that character again (I think it’s 7 days). Just go and create a new character on that US server – and don’t forget that you switch between EU and US servers in the launcher (which is also where you can choose the public test realm, by the way, if you want to have a look at the upcoming features of the game)! … [Read more...] about Guild Wars 2 vs. Rift vs. Trove: Part 3 (Character Creation)

Ko-Fi Finally for some actual game related stuff… I have been playing some Star Wars the Old Republic of late and I am currently blaming Pete since he was talking about it on twitter. More honestly I think I am being influenced by what I have called the BlizzCon Spirit, but I feel like I need to explain that. Each year around BlizzCon time I find myself getting enthralled by Blizzard products. If I am not currently playing World of Warcraft at the time of the convention… then I find myself playing it shortly after. Similarly we recently had a whole bunch of news come out of Star Wars Celebration in Chicago… featuring a trailer for Star Wars Episode IX, a trailer for the Respawn game Jedi Fallen Order, and some leaked footage from the Disney Plus Mandolorian … [Read more...] about The Eternal Throne
