MMORPGs like Sea of Thieves are social games by nature. But, there’s always someone who’d rather take on the wide open world, or in this case, the wide open seas alone. While this is pretty easy to do in typical “land-based” MMORPGs where you can jump on a fire-footed horse and gallop into the sunset, sailing a massive Spanish galleon by yourself is a different matter. Don’t worry, Rare made sure that players who want to play solo can do so with the Sloop. The Sloop is a small two-crew ship that’s specifically designed for solo and duo players. The latest Sea of Thieves Inn-Side story has been published that takes a bit of time to discuss the 2-player Sloop, a small ship that can be piloted by two players or even one for those who are inclined to take on the game alone. Being in a smaller ship, however, doesn't protect pirates from the attacks of larger ships so players will need to slightly more cautious...or they can throw caution to the wind and go up against all comers. This should be a bit of fun for everyone, and maybe a creative way to get your daily post in too. The idea is that this is a tavern located on the human world of Syndesia. With your character in mind, you can enter the tavern and speak to whoever you like. You don’t need any previous experience to join in and you can change what happens at a moments notice. The only rule is that you write for your character and allow for others to respond to your actions. Otherwise, feel free to tell a story, order a drink, start a brawl or simply enjoy the evening.
