Google changes their AdSense policies every once in a while. They say that it’s done in an attempt to protect the interests of their advertisers. The last update was on October 20, 2014 but they don’t highlight the changes unless it’s a critical update. But you can always subscribe to the official Google AdSense blog or follow AdSense on Google+ to get updates whenever it happens.
