Or, How Square Enix Tries to Cash-In on Final Fantasy Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia is a mouthful, but more than that, it’s a relatively fun mobile game. While it’s not exactly the most unique when it comes to features (if you’ve been playing mobile games for the past few years you’ll quickly realize that there’s not much new), it does have a couple of things going for it. First, and foremost, Final Fantasy. With that alone it’s guaranteed to get tons of attention, downloads, and players. Second, it’s a copy-cat game that brings nothing new to the genre, but it does refine what makes this genre of mobile games great time-wasters to mindlessly play while on the train, bus, in the car, lunch, etc. Anyway, without further ado, I’ll jump into the review. Summer Events and Festivals are coming to two of Square-Enix’s mobile games, Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia and Star Ocean: Anamnesis. New quests, login bonuses and much more await in these two games. In Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia, the Summer Festival will last from today through September 3rd, 2018. There will be daily login bonuses that include Draw Tickets, Higher Power Orbs, Dissidia Points and more. The first Multi-Draw from two special draws will also be free to all players, the first being live now and the second being on August 20th. There will also be limited-time Summer Quests, where players can participate in weekly co-op quests with community score challenges and obtain Summer Medals, which may be exchanged for fabulous rewards like 4-star Artifacts, Power Stones, and more. First anniversary celebrations are now underway in Square Enix’s mobile RPG, Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia, with login bonuses, special missions, and more running from now through the end of February 2019. Global-First Character – Players can recruit the fearsome Alexandrian general Beatrix from FINAL FANTASY IX, available in early February. Free Multi Draws – The first Multi Draw will be free to players for six banners. The first two are now available, and the subsequent banners will become available throughout the month of February. First-Anniversary Event Quests – Four sets of event quests await players, with one set being released each week.
